This bible is awesome thanks for the great deal, I could only give 4 stars however being that this is not the 1611 edition as it is missing all the books known now as the Apocrypha even though the center references make reference to Wisdom of Solomon 10:3 from Genesis 4:8. Regrettable but I suppose this is to be expected, otherwise beautiful bible which will last many years, God bless you!
Ezra 2:26 has the spelling “Geba” in this bible. I love it and if I had only one bible, this would be my choice. It is rock solid in construction and perfect for the note taker because of the wide margins. I am glad that the extra space in the margins is on the 3 sides because I do not like trying to write on the inside margins even with 4 side wide margin bibles. This also helps to regulate its perfect size.
I just received my Red Letter LCBP Bible today, and WOW. The Leather quality is FAR better than any other bible i’ve ever had (even other ones from you guys) The Red letter is beautiful and readable the text font is what i prefer (Not too big, not too bold, just right
) Plus i love the wide margins. The Translators to the Reader, The Epistle to King James, The History of the Red letter edition, Just amazing! God bless LCBP, THE BEST place to get a King James Bible!

I have a King James from Amazon and its ok,but i wanted something bigger and better and one that was going to last me a while. After searching around for a quality Bile i found LCBP and looking at the reviews on You tube i was happy to part with my money.The postage to the UK cost as much as the Bible but that was ok as its well worth the money and investment. So i just wanted to say thank you for doing what you do and carry on producing excellent Bibles and Literature at a great price too

Got this bible about 6 months ago.
More than completely satisfied, went well beyond my expectation,
is just the most incredible quality binding, strong and durable,
soft and flexible leather, can roll it up to an inch or so and it just goes back to the original shape.
There are very occasional print errors, with top halves of letters missing, as well as one or two spots where a few words of a sentence christ spoke arent in red, however these are very rare, and expected in any bible I suppose.
The red lettering does vary a bit, but not so much as to be any real irritant.
Plenty of good references, many I hadn’t seen before.
Concordance is occasionally useful, however a strongs exhaustive concordance is, well, exhaustive and it is better to have one of those for perusal, good to learn the original language definitions too.
Completely happy with the purchase, amazing that they sell them so cheaply, it is lovely to see such genuineness.
If I were to make a request,
I would like to see a side column reference, same sort of ordinary reference system, but side columns, and introductions to each book, with christ’s red letters including revelation.
Also, thumb indexing as optional on your bibles.
Non biased study material with information such as in the thompson chain reference bibles, timelines of the prophets and kings, approximate dates for the books, tables of measures, etc.
Anyway,
If you are considering buying one of these,
buy a few more and give them away, best bible I’ve seen or used.

I have yet to purchase this bible but I do want to say a man in my church bought this one and its an exact match to my Cambridge Cameo 16. It’s amazing because 1 Cambridge went back to not printing cameo’s right now and 2 this bible is 3x cheaper than mine. Another thing I would like to brag on is that my bible does not have red lettering so its a perfect match with the same text print with an addition to the red lettering. I will most definitely be purchasing this one soon along with the all black text (since I’ve used that for 8 years) One other thing I would like to add if it would persuade anyone from choosing Cambridge over this bible is the fact that I paid $198 for my bible and the binding of the leather cover broke loose within the first 3 months and I have yet to see that happen with the Church version. In addition by buying this great bible your continuing to help their ministry and not some publisher who prints any old bible to turn a profit. You all have my vote, and I hope I was able to help others on their decision.
What size font is used in the text? Is it bold print? Thank you for your response…
I’m not sure the exact specs. I do know that this typeface is the exact same as the Cambridge Cameo… I’m sure if you look that up you’ll find the answers to your questions.
I was going to get this Bible but I lost my job. I will be getting this one asap when i’m able. it looks amazing and I really would like a red letter. I’ve purchased from you guys before and I know you’re number 1 in making King james Bibles!
I’d like to give this bible an objective review. First impression out of the box was its absolute beauty!The calfskin is ironed which is ok, but not my preference. This does not affect the asthetics of the Bible in any way. The cover is very smooth and does feel very sturdy; I did however has a few lose stitches around the edge (not a big deal). Overall I give the leather 5/5 for the presentation, price, and flexibility.
Next is the text block. The text block is the same exact text used in the cambridge cameo(costs 145$). That being said the presentation of the text is average-good. I say this because the “RED LETTER” is pink; If you have hard time seeing I would definantly consider the hand sized CCC black letter edition of this text. I have also noticed while breaking in my Bible that some of the ink in the black letter portions of scripture are inconsistant (some are a little darker than others and some are a little lighter than average.)
Moving along is the binding. The binding is excellent, in fact it is so tightly bound that the pages crinkle when you run your finger down the gutter. This does not bother me one bit, but others it may be a suprise so I figure I inclued it in this review. The paper used is of excellent quality and by far exceeds “regular” bible paper. There is very little “ghosting” in this Bible.
Because this Bible is bound so tightly it WILL require some breaking in to loosen up, but on the plus side this thing is built like a tank!
Next is the ribbons. They are securely fastened and fairly long. They are a little on the thin side compared to Allan’s ribbons, but that’s only a preference and they do the job!
Overall I’m giving this Bible 4/5 stars because of the ink issues. Besides that this edition marks excellent quality, and good things to come!
I waited a few days till after i received my bible to write a review. As far as quality goes i give this bible 5 out of 5 stars. The text is very crisp and easily read. The 151 page concordance is nice (i use a concordance a lot). So text layout and appearance is another 5 for 5. I am really thinkin hard to give a critical review on at least one feature. Many say i’m to negative and i really cant think of a single thing i dont like. I think this is the nicest bible i have now. I will be buying at least three more bibles as soon as the funds become available. Cheers to LCBP. I thank God for this ministry. I do use and prefer the Athorized King James version and it’s hard to find QUALITY bibles in the AV1611. Well. It was. I ask wjoever reads this, no matter what LCBP bible u want to go to youtube and look at the reviews made by people who own these LCBP works of art.
I just wished the print was larger. The center reference is very hard to read and in some verses, the ink is very thick and wide, the letters run together and makes a few words unreadable..but I can live with it for now. Wish there was a large size in red letter edition with center reference.

Received my Bible today. I have to say WOW! A great well built Bible!
The only slight flaw was two pages slightly stuck together, but they
came apart easily. I love the layout of the Bible and I love the Red
Letter Text. I recommend this Bible to those who is looking for a Bible
that is big enough to carry in your hands and to study from!
I got this bible for my brother for Christmas. It is very high quality and he loves it.
Please leave it the way it is, do not add the Scofield notes. Scofield has a lot of questionable ideas and comments and I feel that would ruin this great bible.
Just arrived today. Love it so much. Except for the first two pages being glued together about a 1/3 of the way, it is a great bible. Tried to open the pages but they are glued so tightly (1/3 of the way thru) that they are tearing so I’ll leave them alone. They may want to check with the manufacturers to check on the partial gluing of those pages.
The two pages front and back are suppose to be glued together to make a stronger bible this help binding.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Bible. This Bible is so well made it may last a lifetime if I wanted it to. The margins are great. Red letters pop. 1611 at it’s finest. So soft yet so durable. If you buy from anywhere else you’re wasting fine money.
Is the word spirit in Acts 11:12,28 and 1John 5:8 with a capital S or lowercase s in this Bible ? Please reply,very important to me.
Lower case s for spirit in Act 11:12 and Acts 11:28

I purchased this Bible on 18th May 2012 and firstly can I say how quickly it arrived. All the way to England in a few days.
The Bible is Great Excellent quality leather very soft and supple.
The print quality is clear and good size although I would go for a larger size print if your eyesight is not too good.
The red letters are a bit strong but clear enough to read quite well.
Overall an excellent quality product that I believe will last for many years.
I am in love with Gods word and with this Bible series. The Bible is crafted with such rich material. The iron calf skin leather, the Bible paper (which is a different material then most Bible papers), the Bible ribbons, the wide margins and ink of the text altogether works out amazing. A few “stumbling blocks” one might have to deal with is the small text size for the text and very small text used for the reference guide. I use my Bible a lot and since I’ve bought this one (3 weeks ago) it still holds the same solid condition. I’m very thankful for this Bible. Thanks localchurch! Highly Recommended!

I bought 3 of these. They are awesome. Found out the NIV is false doctrine so I bought me a KJV. I bought one for a friend too. It has more than enough room to write notes on the side columns. I like the red letters too. Its really good quality too. I was wondering all week how I was going to pay for all 3 bibles and the shipping charges. God can do anything I was shown that through what He did for me. On my payday I checked my account and I had more than enough to get all three bibles and shipping. I got my deposit slip from work and checked my hours and the had made a few adjustments. First they took 3.76 hours of pay for something and then I looked below that they paid me additional 11.44 hours that they said I was owed from last year. Talk about a HUGE blessing and sign from God. He trusted me enough to give me more money because He knew I would use them for the bibles. It was an awesome blessing and im glad I could get my friend a new bible. Praise God. Thank the Lord. The idea for my next adventure is to buy a bunch of bibles so I can hand them out to people. If this is the bible I think it is, I will be purchasing it. I bought 3 of them and gave them away. I was searching for the perfect bible and realized this was it and then found out that they were out of print. I bought another one several months back and upon receiving it realized it was a cameo style. It was still a high quality bible but like the extra space at top margin. I exclusively purchase bibles from lcbp for their un-paralleled quality bibles.

I praise God for Local Church publishers. Please never fall into the ways of the modern corporate publishers: eliminating almost all margins and eliminating the inner margin making it so frustrating to try and read it.
I love your Bibles! This mid-sized wide margin with red lettering is fantastic! One suggestion I might make would apply to any of your Bibles. I would love to own a Bible just like this one, or any other, with a dark chocolate brown calfskin cover. I own a tan one, and it’s nice, but a dark brown Bible would be very nice. Maybe one day you’ll make one.

I was wondering if you would take a large RED print with thumb index and put it in a white lamb 1 piece front for my wife as my special gift to her from me.on our 2nd year of marriage .
Oh that you would print this with the Scofield notes, center column references/notes and large to giant print (12 pt to 14 pt), what a wonderful Bible this would be, and I would most assuredly purchase it immediately. Also, an extremely great addiditonal enhancement would be thumb indexing.
